• Monthly education programs by subject matter experts on topics designed to increase your knowledge about gardening.
• "Behind the Curtain" programs chosen to help make it easier for you to create and implement your local gardening program activities, such as Handling Press Relations and holding plant sales.

If you are an individual who needs to earn continuing education hours, such as a student or Master Gardener^SM Volunteer, please check with the person that approves your hours to see if our programs will count!  

Our quarterly newsletter contains project and activity updates from various independent community gardening programs that our members are involved in across the state.  Members are invited to submit information about their program activities to our newsletter editor.  The newsletter is emailed directly to members.  The current issue and archives are also available for members to view online.

ONLINE MEMBER DIRECTORY

Participate in our online, searchable Member Directory so that other members can find you and connect!  You can even upload a profile picture.  Find other members by using the search feature.  (Members have the option to opt out of being found on search.)

NETWORKING

Participate in virtual opportunities to share and network with other members.  Share and get ideas, save time, collaborate, and stop reinventing the wheel!  We learn from each other and build relationships along the way.

INSPIRE CONNECT EMPOWER (ICE) PROJECT GRANTS

Members are eligible to submit applications on behalf of North Carolina nonprofit programs that they volunteer with for ICE gardening-related project grants.  These are non-competitive grants, with the number and amount of awards determined by the  Association's ability to raise funds.  Application requirements, deadlines, and details will be announced when the grant program is funded.

We invite our members to help us raise funds so that we can support local program projects!

Volunteer WITH us and have a state-wide impact!  Serve as an Association volunteer, officer, committee member, or board member.  Or volunteer for a short term project.  Help us ensure that we implement best practices, stay relevant and nimble, and fulfill the Association's purpose - to Inspire, Connect, and Empower individuals like you!
